CAN I BOOK AND PAY FOR A VEHICLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

No, the cardholder who is paying for the booking has to be the main driver, as this will be stated on the rental agreement.

CAN I PAY FOR A RESERVATION WITH A CORPORATE BANK CARD?

We can only accept corporate cards if the name of the renter is on the card.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DEPOSIT/APPROVAL TO ARRIVE TO MY ACCOUNT?

This depends on your bank, please allow up to 30 working days for the funds to clear and become available on your account.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KALRENTAL ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept prepaid cards.

A credit or debit card is required to secure your deposit. The rental fee and other optional services can be paid by card or cash.
